Terms of service
These terms cover the motion design work Seekframe ("we") does for you. Seekframe is operated by Mohit Nippanikar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Sending a brief and paying a deposit means you accept them.
The work
We make short films to the scope of the offer you book: length, formats, delivery time and revision rounds as listed on our site when you book. Work starts once we have your brief, your materials and, where due, your deposit.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, including logos, fonts, screenshots, recordings, music and names, and that using them in your film won't infringe anyone's rights.
Timeline and approvals
Delivery times run from your approval of the beat board. Late feedback or missing materials move the delivery date by the same amount.
Revisions
Each offer includes the revision rounds listed. A round is one consolidated set of changes. Changes beyond the included rounds, or changes to the agreed concept after approval, are quoted separately.
Payment
Prices are fixed per offer and shown in INR and USD. Unless the offer says otherwise, half is due when you book and the balance before we hand over final files. Raise Films and Ship Kits are paid in full up front. Online payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and may add local taxes at checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Rights
Once paid in full, you get a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the final film for any purpose. We keep ownership of our code, tools, templates and soundtrack engine. We may show your film in our portfolio only with your permission.
Cancellations and refunds

Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
