Privacy

What we collect

When you send a brief we collect your name, email, company, website, launch date, the description of your project and any links you add. When you pay, Dodo Payments collects your payment details; we receive only the payment reference, amount and status.

Why

To make your film, to talk to you about it, to invoice you and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs its spam check (Turnstile).
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The spam check may set a cookie needed for security. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

Project emails and files for as long as we work together and two years after. Invoices and payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at seekframe@mohitships.com. We reply within 30 days.
