Refunds and cancellations

Before we start

If you cancel before we send your beat board, we refund your deposit in full.

After the beat board

Once we have sent the beat board, the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable. If you cancel after approving the beat board, the deposit is kept and no balance is due.

If we are late

If we deliver more than three working days after the promised date, for reasons on our side, you may cancel and receive a full refund of everything you paid.

Ship Kits

Monthly Ship Kits can be cancelled at any time before the next month starts. A month already paid for is not refunded, but any clips not yet started in that month can move to the next month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Bank or card processing times may add a few days.
